Our Mission & Heritage

Forging Character Through Sweat, Discipline, and Osu

One Kyokushin bridges nations, dojos, and practitioners across the globe. Founded in the authentic hard-contact lineage of Sosai Mas Oyama and supported by the International Karate Alliance Kyokushinryu (IKAK) and Kyokushin Philippines, we provide a politics-free sanctuary dedicated purely to the Way of the Empty Hand.

01

Full-Contact Knockdown Discipline

We practice authentic knockdown karate with bare-knuckle striking and full-force leg kicks. Starting from zero, students build functional endurance, practical self-defense, and authentic courage under pressure.

Rigorous Kihon & physical conditioning
Practical self-defense without false illusions
02

Tradition & Oyama's Lineage

We uphold the timeless curriculum crafted by Sosai Masutatsu Oyama: the Kata forms, breathing fundamentals (Ibuki), the legendary 100-man kumite spirit, and the moral pillars of the Dojo Kun.

Authentic Kata from Taikyoku to Sushiho
Strict belt syllabus and Yudansha standards
03

A Borderless Global Fellowship

Karate knows no borders. Whether you train in Manila, Tokyo, Warsaw, Fuzhou, or New York, you step onto the tatami with fellow brothers and sisters who share the same sweat, respect, and Osu spirit.
